3月10日 - 学生による俳句 |
先週初めて、あるクラスでhaikuを作った。 今日は、二度目で先週休んだため今日が初めての英語俳句体験の学生もいる。 英語では、全く規則がない3行詩なので、邦訳したときにふたつ季語が入ってしまうことがある。
私にとって、疲れる、やれやれの授業だ。 こうして一覧でみると、なかなか。(9名出席)
Winter has arrived.
Happy child with frozen face
plays in the soft snow. 冬来り 凍てつく子の頬 雪遊び Bor Alexandra
Here is the spring.
The field is filled with flowers.
I feel the sweet wind. 春の野に 花々満ちて 甘き風 Bor Alexandra
Now it is spring.
The birds are singing.
The people are happy. 春来たり 小鳥さえずり 人の笑み Kiss Barbara
Flowers are blooming.
The sun is shining brightly
on the clear, blue sky. 花満ちて 溢れる陽射し 青き空 Gueth Zsofia
Oh Spring, You
darling lady of seasons.
How awaited! 嗚呼 君よ 貴婦人の如き 春を待つ Molinar Zsuzsanna
Amidst frost and spring sky
completing each other
for eternal time. 春霜や 空に願う 永遠(とは)の時 Molinar Zsuzsanna
Spring is wonderful.
Flowers come out to the sun.
Soft wind blows their heads. 春の陽に 誘われて咲く 花に風 Mitrovics Eszter
The cherry trees bloom.
The falling rain
washes the petals away. さく花の そぼ降る雨に 散り落ちぬ Hollender Anna
All is quiet.
Only a raven’s croak
Echoes on the frozen ground. 静けさに 烏啼く声 凍土渡る Peng Daniel
A group of black trees
is guarding the snow-field.
I’m too tired to move. 疲れしか 黒き樹木の 雪原守(せつげんもり) Peng Daniel
It is so pleasant
to rest among the roots,
when spring never comes. 春遠き 心地よき根に 休みけり Peng Daniel
The glassy sky
stares frostily
down on the poor wanderer. 鏡空 貧しき旅人(たびと) 霜の中 Montag Viktor
On the salty spring breeze
the mariner sets out
toward the sun. 海人(あまびと)の 潮風受けて 春陽(ひ)に向かう

As winter had gone,

that our spring rain
has visited your town.
5,6歳の子どもの作です。
飛行船の下に、大きな雨雲がブル下がっていて、
それがまるでオシッコするみたいに、
町の上空で、ジャーと春雨を降らして行く。
そんな可愛い光景が見えるようで。
でも日本語の貧しい私には、訳など、まるで思い浮かびませんね。

そうです、日本語で黒板に書いてあげて、語ごとの説明をして、時にはふたつ、みっつ訳語のなかから選ばせて、お互いに誤解がないように納得して、彼らはローマ字で書き、音読させています。
